Overview
Aliens have landed on Earth and laid eggs that are about to hatch. Their
plan is to increase their forces and mine all the gold on Earth to return to
Zurcon . The Cowboys, as
always, have come to the rescue, collecting all the eggs before they can
hatch and preventing the Aliens from returning to their planet.
The day will start out with a safety briefing and teams will be formed.
Players will receive arm bands to distinguish between the team. Aliens will
have yellow and Cowboys will have blue.
Each games will be played between the Corridor of Death field, the Fort Field and the helicopter field.
Cowboys will be collecting Alien eggs for future disposal, and the Aliens will be looting the Cowboy's gold to power their ship back to their planet. Both sides will be looking for rocket launching props.
The team with the most points at the end of the game wins. Pods with prizes, inside, will be randomly placed on the field.
Objectives:
1. Cowboys collect Alien Eggs. Aliens collect Cowboy's Gold
2. Find launch device
3. Find the launch code
4. Find the missile
Players will be divided as equally as possible into two teams, The Aliens and The Cowboys. The Fort field will serve as a home base for one side while the Corridor of Death will be the home base for the other side. A Team Guide will be assigned to each team. The guides will go with each team and give them playing tips and instructions during the game. Three, 1 hour, games will be played with a 30 minute break between games. Teams will switch home bases for each game.
Players will not be allowed to overtake the opposing team's "Home Base". Bases are considered a "safe" place for reinserting and general gathering of that team's players.
The object of the game is to find the
Missile, Launching Device, (a two way
radio) and Launch Code, (programming instructions for the
radio), collect as much Gold/Eggs as players can find. Players
can walk the field areas before the game begins to become familiar with the
area.
The Missile, Launching Device and Launching Code will be inside separate
containers, hidden somewhere on the playing fields. Players must look in
buildings and around bunkers in order to find the items. Keep
in mind that players from the other team will be shooting at you. When a
player finds one of the items, the player will take the item back to the
team's home base.
Once all three launching items have been collected, the missile will be transported to the launching pad, using a Safety Shield and following the designated path. The Safety Shield will prevent the player transporting the Missile from being eliminated. The Safety Shield will be available at the beginning of the "Missile Path" to either team.
Once the missile gets to the "Missile Path", a siren will sound indicating the start of the 10 minute count down. during which time the opposing team can capture the Missile by eliminating all the players around the player carrying the Missile and Shield. No players will be allowed to "Reinsert" after the count down starts.
Each game will have a 1 hour time period.
Teams will be given points for finding launch props, Gold, Eggs, and being in control of the missile when it is launched.
Additional prizes will be placed randomly on the field in "pods", that can
be redeemed at the Action Shack.
